If you’re new to yoga, don’t worry, you don’t really need any special equipment!

When coming along, please:

  • Wear comfortable warm clothing you can move in
  • Bring a drink of water
  • Bring a blanket and socks for relaxation, some people like to bring an eye pillow
  • Plus your own yoga mat (please make sure it is a yoga mat, and not an exercise or a Pilates mat!). We practise with bare feet.

If you’re not feeling well, it may be best to relax rather than attempt practice.

Aim to eat a light snack 90 mins before class, but not a heavy meal. Keep hydrated throughout the day, and after the class.

If any new niggles or injuries have occurred since your last class, please speak to Annabel for advice before coming.

All attendees are required to complete a confidential health questionnaire before their first class, so we’re aware of your current level of fitness and any health issues that may affect your practice and so you are covered by our insurance.
