If you’re not feeling well, it may be best to relax rather than attempt practice.
Aim to eat a light snack 90 mins before class, but not a heavy meal. Keep hydrated throughout the day, and after the class.
If any new niggles or injuries have occurred since your last class, please speak to Annabel for advice before coming.
Please bring comfortable warm clothing for relaxation, and a yoga mat, if you have one, but we have some you can borrow. You may want your own in time. We practise with bare feet.
All attendees are required to complete a confidential health questionnaire before their first class, so we’re aware of your current level of fitness and any health issues that may affect your practice.
